If “Where’s Waldo” went on an acid trip, you’d get Find Me: A Hide and Seek Book (in a good way). Each time you turn the page, it feels like you’ve entered into a bizarre dream. Two characters hide on each 2-page spread, changing color with every new scene for added challenge. While searching for them, my littles and I explore every weird detail of each explosively colorful setting. My kids are endlessly pointing and asking “What’s that?,” “What happened?,” and “What’s he doing?”

I like that his book is super quirky so everything is interesting and nothing is obvious. You really have to study each page to figure out where you are, with backdrops including a roller skating rink, a food court, and an art gallery, to name a few. 

The exterior design of this book is high-quality and it’s incredibly visually appealing. The front and back covers have huge cutouts of eyes, which are adorable. The book can be read from front-to-back or back-to-front, so you can go one direction looking for one character, and then go back searching for the other. It’s such a fun added element to an already awesome book. It’s no wonder my kids never get bored with it, no matter how many times we pull it off the shelf.
