Shimmer and shine.
This cutie fits right into the palm of your hand 🤚🏻.
We are an interfaith family, and because I didn’t grow up celebrating Hanukkah, I have the joy of discovering the traditions right along with my children.
The Hanukkah Mice is a petite, pretty, and pocket sized jewel of a book. It’s rhyming prose makes for a delightful read aloud, and the open-the-flap layouts of each spread make each page feel like opening a present, with each one revealing a Hanukkah delight. Rather than focusing on the religious story of Hanukkah, this book focuses on the traditions and staples of the holiday, such as the menorah & dreidel, latkes & donuts, and tiny chocolates wrapped in gold foil to look like coins.
“The eighth night of Hanukkah brought a surprise,
a wonderful vision greeted their eyes!”
Happy Hanukkah, from our family to yours. Wishing you a lovely holiday season filled with light, love, and happiness.
