We are forever loving our Nutshell Library of Maurice Sendak classics.

There’s a lesson written into all 4 books, but they’re also delightful to simply read aloud and enjoy. Practice the ABCs in Alligators All Around, count to 10 in ascending and descending order in One Was Johnny, learn the months of the year in Chicken Soup with Rice, and discover why “I don’t care” is not wise to say on repeat in Pierre.
